Table Art South West was honoured to supply centrepieces for the fourth year running to the prestigious Pride of Britain Awards, which was held on November 5, at Grosvenor House, London.
The Low Crystal Globe design is a popular design used primarily at awards. The crystal centrepiece has been used at hundreds of events across the world and never fails to wow guests with the sophistication and glamour that it delivers. With a height of 33cm, the table centre allows guests to engage with each other without being obtrusive.
With meticulous planning and attention to detail, Table Art working with The Pride of Britain production team, produced stunning effects throughout the evening across a celebrity clad ballroom. Using DMX technology, the creative technicians impressed guests with bespoke pattern programming and dramatic strobe lighting during Emelie Sande’s performance. DMX technology is a reliable and advanced radio control technology and there are no limits to the variations of the programming.
The Pride of Britain Awards in partnership with TSB is undoubtedly the biggest awards show of its kind on British TV. The annual awards attract more than five million views and guests include royalty, politicians and many leading figures from showbusiness, arts, politics and sport.
Andrew Wright, director – Axis Events and Table Art South West, commented: “We can’t put into words how thrilled we were to be asked to support the 20th anniversary Pride of Britain Awards again this year. We were also privileged to be invited as guests to attend the night, walk the red carpet and mix with the stars who are honouring the wonderful winners and to meet many of them during the night. The evening is inspiring, humbling, sad, happy, and I can’t think of the words to say to describe the emotions felt during the evening. There is never a dry eye in the room… and then I watch it all over again on TV.”
Established in 2014, Table Art South West is a franchise of Table Art and is owned by event management company Axis Events.
Gary Martin, CEO of Table Art, said: “Having a distributor agreement with Axis Events has enabled Table Art to develop a firm footing within the South West region whilst at the same time we continue to support Andrew and his team at high profile events across the country. It is an honour for us to be associated with the Pride of Britain Awards and other events within this series including Pride of Sport, Pride of Birmingham and Pride of the North.”
