Really Useful Theatres Group has announced that Mike Hamer has joined the London Palladium as venue manager.
Joining the team from KOKO in Camden where he spent the last 11 years, Hamer has vast experience in the live music industry. As well as his extensive venue background, he has also been involved in the production of Glastonbury and V Festival.
Rebecca Kane Burton, managing director of Really Useful Theatres Group, commented: “The appointment of Mike Hamer is yet another key appointment in the new music strategy for the London Palladium. We’re so pleased Mike is bringing his wealth of experience to the world-famous London Palladium at such an exciting time for the venue.”
Hamer added: “I am thrilled to be joining the team at the London Palladium and driving the live music element forward at this iconic venue.”
