OnePlan, an event site planning company, is supporting events professionals during the coronavirus outbreak by allowing businesses and individuals access to its software and solutions for free.

Events professionals can import current site plans onto the OnePlan studio for free to ensure that teams now working remotely can establish a way of working together and collaborate as quickly as possible. Plans can be submitted in any format including AutoCAD, DWG, PDF, Powerpoint or even drawn on a napkin. Free online training is also available.

Furthermore, OnePlan will be hosting a free crowd management webinar on March 30 at 2pm. It will focus on crowd management best practice from major global events including the recent Olympic Games and how these can be applied to other events large and small. The session will be led by Paul Foster, founder of OnePlan. Next week’s session can be accessed here.
