Kim Myhre is to assume the role of managing director of both MCI UK and MCI Experience, it has been announced.

MCI Experience, a division of MCI Group formed by Myhre in November 2017, will now offer its services to all of MCI’s clients and integrate a wide range of creative and strategic marketing disciplines.

MCI Experience aims to offer brands and organisations a “fresh and multifaceted approach” towards brand experiences that are engaging, inspiring, shareable and achieve business results.

In order to do this, MCI Experience has appointed Max Fellows (pictured), former head of client services at experiential agency Clive, and co-founder of ELEVATE Mentoring, as director of client services. He will support existing clients as well as developing new client relationships.

Fellows said: “MCI Experience does things differently and was created to better the current industry offering. It does this with a disruptive and forward-thinking mentality combined with the muscle and backing of an extensive MCI global group. Not only that, but all of those who join the business get a true opportunity to shape the company’s future and define its culture. That is hugely exciting!”

Myhre added: “We are really excited to welcome Max to the team – his industry experience and leadership will enable us to continue to build on the strong interdisciplinary, collaborative and creative culture that our clients value. His client services team has already demonstrated their ability to establish trusted partner relationships that have enabled our clients to design breakthrough marketing experiences.”

MCI Experience helps clients realise their marketing objectives and ambitions through innovative, meaningful, memorable live, digital and virtual experiences. The agency’s interdisciplinary design thinking and strategic approach to brand innovation is imaginative, immersive and emotive.
