GL events, the temporary structures company, has secured a partnership with West Green House to provide temporary structures that will support the attraction’s Opera Festival during the summer, for the next three years.
The partnership, which runs until summer 2019, will allow GL events to create three structures on site: a main performance auditorium to house the Opera Festival, alongside dining and hospitality structures, all with bespoke indoor styling created by GL events in support of West Green House.
Glenn Hurstfield, chairman of West Green Opera House, said: “GL events have some beautiful structures that sit well within the style and grandeur of West Green House and Gardens. Their team did a terrific job this year and really supported us. Our Opera Festival is growing in popularity and having the right structures in place creates a beautiful environment for our visitors to enjoy the very best environment, food, hospitality and entertainment.”
Scott Jameson, managing director of GL events, added: “West Green House is a stunningly beautiful place and it’s no surprise that its visitor, dining, hospitality and events businesses are all doing extremely well. This is an excellent example of how a temporary structure can allow attractions to create new and exciting events for visitors. We’re delighted to be working within yet another outstanding natural environment.”
The GL events structures will be situated within West Green House’s gardens through July and August 2017, and will return in 2018 and 2019.
