Fitz All Media, the event company that organises Vet Festival, National Pet Show, DogFest and the Great Dog Walk, has announced a raft of successes and developments, including an expansion of its portfolio and continued growth.
2020 is set to be a strong year for Fitz All Media. It has increased its portfolio from seven events in 2019 to eleven. Its Great Dog Walk series is to expand from two events (Loseley Park and Ragley Hall) per year to six, including new venues in Scotland, Yorkshire, Essex and Nottingham from April this year.
According to the organiser, the UK petcare sector is now valued at almost £6 billion, with most pet owners now valuing their pets as part of the family – this has led to an increase in the animal and pet event sector.
Fitz All Media’s DogFest brand has also grown from strength to strength, starting as a one-day event in 2014 with three two-day events across the country attracting more than 70,000 visitors.
DogFest, sponsored by Bought by Many, takes place in the grounds of three stately homes: Knebworth House, Tatton Park and Ashton Court Estate. Last year DogFest saw a 41 per cent increase in visitor ticket sales from 2018 to 2019 with 70,944 total visitors making it the largest DogFest to date, along with a 76 per cent increase year on year of sponsorship sales. The 2019 show attracted sponsorship from leading pet industry names and more than 540 exhibitors.
Plus, Fitz All Media’s National Pet Show witnessed a 25 per cent increase in visitors.
