Anna Valley and ExCeL London have signed a partnership agreement which will see the audio-visual technology provider become the venue’s preferred supplier for AV solutions.

The agreement follows a recent collaboration between Anna Valley and ExCeL, which saw the businesses create and launch a hybrid event studio at the venue that offers event organisers the opportunity to diversify and broaden their reach by supplementing traditional content with online engagement.

This broader AV partnership will position Anna Valley perfectly to work with organisers of full-scale exhibitions, conferences, congresses and special events at ExCeL. Its on-site team will provide a technical service at the venue to event organisers.

Jeremy Rees, chief executive officer of ExCeL London, said: “We all know just how important the audio-visual experience is for any event. It often provides those ‘wow’ moments at exhibitions and conferences; the moments that truly connect audiences with the show’s key messages and purpose.

“And as the events industry begins to find its feet again next year, those high-quality AV experiences which make face-to-face events all the more special, will become even more important.

“This partnership offers organisers and their exhibitors, of every event within our venue, access to this industry leading AV technology company – which can bring innovation, experience and all the kit, to help deliver those amazing, memorable moments to visitors.”

Peter Jones, managing director of Anna Valley, commented on the agreement: “We’re incredibly excited about the opportunity to work with ExCeL and its clients.

“We’ve got the experience, expertise and inventory to make event experiences at ExCeL exciting, engaging and unforgettable for the four million people that visit every year.

“Whether the objective is to show off new products or create show-stopping entertainment, we’ll work closely with those staging events at ExCeL to elevate their event with world-leading AV solutions.”
