Event ops and H&S profs speak: How can industry deliver events post-lockdown?

Event organisers will have to conduct risk assessments based on whether their audiences will take responsibility not to visit an event with COVID-19 symptoms. Should we now market an event/festival at a local/regional audience to reduce demands on transport networks? And should organisers be testing front of house staff/exhibitors/traders/concessions for COVID-19, as they are more likely to have contact with delegates/customers?
