EFS supplied 1100 square metres of Temp-A-Path in Christmas green to keep eventgoers safe at the fairground areas. The lightweight, interlocking modular flooring system, ideal for creating pedestrian walkways, has been installed around the many rides.
The Christmas event, which will take over Clapham Common for five-and-a-half weeks this winter, is expected to attract 250,000 people – around half a million feet pounding EFS’s Temp-A-Path for over a month.
Jeremy Simpson, business development manager at EFS, said: “Winterville’s organisers chose Temp-A-Path because it is so strong. Even though it’s lightweight and quick to deploy, they knew it would stand the serious pounding it was going to receive over the weeks.
“Our flooring has been used by the organiser’s at BBC’s Proms in the Park, so they knew it would stand up to the job. Anti-Slip Temp-A-Path has been installed around the fairground rides to keep the merrymakers safe and the rides mud-free!”
