BNR Global has launched, an at-home COVID-19 testing solution that integrates with existing ticketing systems, testing ticket holders for coronavirus before they arrive at a venue.

The solution works as follows. A COVID home test is issued with each ticket purchase. As part of the process, the ticketholder will need to complete virtual training on how to take a test and how to upload a result on the platform with image capture. The guest must submit their test result on the day of the event from home, prior to travelling to an event/festival. Once the guest has taken a test and uploaded it, the results are validated and the ticket is made live thanks to the integration with the ticketing platform. Subsequently, only validated ticket holders will be able to gain entry to the venue, enabling the event organiser to manage guest entry and prove their event is the most COVID secure it could be.

According to Neale Samways, managing director of BNR Global Supply Group, which developed the web-based application and solution, this is just one example of how the testing roll out could look. Organisers can specify their own requirements, and BNR’s medical and clinical directors are available to offer advice. is a web-based application that works on a range of devices, including laptops, PCs, mobile devices and iPads. Furthermore, can be fully customised, depending on an organiser’s specific requirements. Plus, the application can be adapted in line with Government guidance.

What can be achieved with

  • Ability to test guests at home before they arrive, increasing capacity and enhancing the customer experience
  • Reduced infrastructure costs with complete traceability and accountability
  • Real time data with regards to the covid status of the events guests
  • Reassurance to all guests that every visitor is COVID-19 negative and that the event is the most COVID-secure it could be.

The solution is aimed at venues and event and festival organisers, who are proactively looking for a manageable and viable way of safely open the doors in line with the Government roadmap.

It is’s mission to support the events industry and to help organisers to open a safe and COVID-secure environment.
