Center Parcs is expanding its accommodation offering to meet increased demand from both corporate clients and leisure guests, with the introduction of three new waterside lodges next year. Available at Elveden Forest in Suffolk, the lodges are set for completion in summer 2018 and form part of a £90 million investment by Center Parcs across all five UK villages.
Each lodge will offer three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin room), complete with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living area, as well as two balconies overlooking the water. Ninety per cent of guests at Center Parcs spend time on or around the lake during their stay and the lakeside setting will provide a welcome retreat for delegates, offering the chance to recharge after a conference.
Liz Pilling, corporate events commercial manager at Center Parcs, commented: “We are continually investing in our accommodation and facilities for the benefit of both our corporate and leisure guests. It is important for us to be able to continue our roll out of new lodges to meet the increasing demand we are experiencing in both sectors. We are very excited about this new style of accommodation, which will be situated right at the heart of Elveden Forest and will fully embrace the natural environment.”
In addition to the three waterside lodges, Elveden Forest will have 51 brand new waterfront apartments, which are also due to be completed in the summer. These newly built apartments will offer a mix of self-catering and standard rooms, whilst nine new three-bedroom executive lodges will also be located nearby between the lake and the village square. The waterside lodges at Elveden Forest are available to book now for corporate and leisure guests from summer 2018 onwards.
