Info: An invitation to tender has been issued for the supply of design, construction and dismantling services for overseas stand builds for Potato Europe and Fruit Logistica annual events.

This opportunity is for full turn-key event services (including AV requirements and the supply of event equipment) for design, supply and delivery of bespoke overseas trade event stands and associated ancillary services.

These annual events are held in Northern Europe on behalf of the AHDB Potato Council (PCL) seed and export team, and jointly with AHDB Horticultural Company (HDC).

The service requirement to be delivered would include submitting and producing stand designs, along with the construction, dismantling, logistics and transportation to location of selected overseas venues, with full project management throughout the event.

This contract is for the period of four years, starting with the Fruit Logistica event, which will be held in February 2016, followed by Potato Europe in September 2016.
