ADI, the LED screen specialist, is expanding into the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

ADI is looking to establish a permanent base in the region and actively recruiting for a number of commercial and operational roles.

The screen expert is no stranger to delivering events in the Middle East; it is currently gearing up for its second year supplying the ABB FIA Formula E Ad Diriyah E-Prix 2019 (November 22-23), the opening race of the Championship’s sixth season. In 2018, ADI delivered more than 650 square metres of modular screens as the international electric street racing championship made its debut in the Middle East, marking the first major global sporting event to take place in Saudi Arabia.

A variety of 19 high-resolution screens will be installed across the purpose-built Ad Diriyah circuit with a range of displays up to 60 square metres in size – along with 18 kilometres of circuit level fibre distribution to deliver HD feeds to every screen and a custom-made 4mm LED podium that travels to every E-Prix.

During spring 2020, ADI will be working with existing clients to deliver LED screen services for live events in the UAE and KSA.

Nick Robinson, screen rental director at ADI, commented: “The live events and sports entertainment sector is growing at an incredible rate across the region, and having worked on some high-profile, historic events previously, we know where our expertise and innovative LED solutions can add value.”

In order to facilitate the company’s expansion in the region, ADI is now recruiting for a number of roles, including:

  • Senior and junior video/LED technicians
  • Senior and junior project managers
  • Account managers
  • Sales and operational support
