The agency became a minority shareholder of dbmt in 2014, with David Bottrill, owner of dbmt, joining the touch board and touch directors, Patrick Collins and Nick Bender, joining the dbmt board. Following the merger, dbmt is now fully owned by touch.
Collins commented: “In a thoroughly modern merger, touch formed a strategic alliance with dbmt and like most grown-up modern relationships we decide to live together first to see if we were truly compatible and that collaboration went so well it made sense for the two companies to become one!”
