The updated and refurbished circular Panorama pavilion provided by Losberger De Boer was the centrepiece of Food Matters Live, which brings together exhibitors and speakers to explore and discuss the significant relationship between food, health and nutrition.
The structure housed the exhibition’s seminar area, providing 314 square meters of space for talks from guest speakers from companies such as Mars and Sainsburys, academics from international institutions, and healthcare professionals. Across the three days, more than 400 speakers took to the stage as part of the carefully curated seminar programme.
John Cochrane, sales director – events at Losberger De Boer, commented: “Building inside the wonderful ExCel Exhibition Centre requires great discipline and accurate planning from a logistics perspective.”
“Due to our skilled and dedicated team, we managed to complete the build well within the deadline and provide a unique structure for the event in just 24 hours. The updated Panorama has a modern design with rounded walls, a dome roof and horizontal glass panels that provide panoramic views for visitors at all times, which is ideal for a large and action-packed event like Food Matters.”
Briony Mansell-Lewis, director of Food Matters Live, added: “The Losberger De Boer team are always incredibly effective and efficient in creating this central theatre which plays host to the unrivalled inspirational conference programme that sits at the centre of Food Matters Live. Over three days 15,000 visitors attended and 800 organisations took part in the exhibition and Losberger De Boer played a central role in creating a world-class central pavilion, widely recognised as an integral part of Food Matters Live.”
