Mustard Catering, the event catering specialist, is building on its senior leadership team by hiring Glen Sutton as sales and operations director. The move follows the acquisition of the catering brand by Kofler and Kompanie and underlines the new wave of ambition across the group.
Sutton brings with him more than 20 years’ experience within the industry and joins the business from Rhubarb Food Design where he was director of events. Before then, he has also worked with some of the biggest brands within the hospitality, sports, entertainment and events industry, including roles at the Roehampton Club and the Royal Albert Hall.

Glen has been in the industry since he was 14 and still retains the same enthusiasm for what he does.
