The Brewery, the event venue, has unveiled its summertime pop-up; from June to August the City of London venue will transform into a Polynesian experience.
The Brewery’s courtyard will be transformed with Tahitian themes, and will offer all-inclusive private packages.
Delegates can expect a Polynesian BBQ menu including boneless sticky jerk ribs with crispy sweet potato fries snd scotch bonnet and tamarind relish; and bajan flavored Tiki fish cakes with a sweet and sour salsa, as well as drink creations from the onsite chef brigade and access to an after party inside The Brewery from 9pm.
Simon Lockwood, creative director at The Brewery, commented: “The weather is slowly changing and everyone is growing more excited about the prospect of summer. Since launching our marquees three years ago, enquiries and package bookings have continued to grow, with bosses looking for something special to treat colleagues and clients. Theming the venue has proven popular once again, and where better to transport your guests after a conference, dinner or meeting, than their very own tropical paradise.”
